It's been five years of relationship I just don't know what to do anymore :( I need him to reach out but he's just too busy or not interested in me enough.
Precious I thought things were getting easier and better for us but I feel like I'm in the same place.Confused. Well today hes been texting me more and more. so finally we decided to be intimate and before he has made it clear he didnt want to be in a reationship because he had a daughter and was scared if it didnt work it would hurt her. Kayla so ive been friends with this guys for about 4 months everytime we hang out whe have the best chemistry. I would have given up by now, but we have so much in common and he seems like a genuinely nice guy. He said he would, but never showed up (he may have had a lot of work to do). I anticipated the evening to be almost like a date, so even though he seemed distant that day, I let him know that he could come in and chat whenever he wanted. After a while, I found myself really liking him, and waited for a week until we had time to be alone together again. One evening, we were alone together and talked for hours about each other's lives, and found out how much we had in common. Monica I work with this guy that I was always nice to but never thought of romantically. And then he told me he does not have time for a girlfriend but he is always flirting with me through text. 
We text and talk on the phone but every time I suggest meeting, he has an "excuse." And I told him that we didn't have to meet that we could just talk and be cyber friends, but he got mad at the idea that I might now want to meet him.

Sometimes the male went first, sometimes the female went first. Made a fake resume, and responded to craigslist ads with both male and female names. So then I thought "what about someone looking for working class jobs?" So I decided to focus on restaurants- servers, hosting, etc. 
Out of 100, my applications with a female name got 45 responses to interview The female resume was 650% more likely to get a callback. Out of 100, my applications with a male name got 7 responses for interview. I'd send it out with my real name, then a few days later (or few days before) with a female name. So I took my CV and changed the name to a female name. It's MUCH better being a woman So I did an experiment, I work in CS and decided to test what the gender bias is. 29.6K 1.3K sent 100 applications as a man and a woman.
